ACCF Climate Change Studies and Reports

The ACCF makes the case that, given the need to maintain strong U.S. economic growth and energy security, policymakers should develop a flexible longterm approach to the potential threat of global warming based on technological innovation, positive tax policies to promote investment in less-carbon emitting equipment, and bilateral cooperation with developing countries.

The links below lead to ACCF special reports and congressional testimony on climate policy and ACCF research on climate policy undertaken jointly with other think tanks.
