ACCF Offers Views on GHG Reduction Costs

 At the 71st annual meeting of the Wyoming Taxpayers Association, Dr. Margo Thorning, ACCF senior vice president and chief economist, described the cost of climate change policies on Wyoming state revenues and on the State’s businesses.  “Margo Thorning says global warming could cost the Cowboy State as many as 3,456 jobs by 2020,” noted the Wyoming Tribune-Eagle on October 8.
