macroeconomic model to analyze the economic consequences to the U.S. of
achieving the Kyoto Protocol target through domestic actions. The reports
find severe impacts on electricity prices, employment, U.S. competitiveness,
household income and state tax revenues. In addition to the national and
state impacts, results for several smaller regions are included.
